Solutions by room type
Offices
Key factors: wear class 33, acoustics and local replacement. We recommend carpet tiles (noise reduction in open-space, damaged tiles replaced one by one, castor-chair friendly), glue-down LVT (reception areas, corridors) or woven Dickson flooring (class 33, acoustic comfort, 15-year warranty). We combine zones: LVT at reception, carpet tiles at workstations.
Hotels and HoReCa
Corridors and lobbies – acoustic carpet tiles or Flotex; rooms – LVT with a reinforced wear layer; restaurant and bar areas – moisture-resistant LVT/SPC or solid wood. Installation can be done in stages, floor by floor.
Healthcare
For clinics – natural Marmoleum linoleum (Forbo): natural composition (linseed oil, wood flour, jute), natural bacteriostatic properties, easy-to-disinfect homogeneous surface.
Education and sports facilities
Classrooms and corridors – Marmoleum or class 33/34 LVT; assembly and sports halls – BOEN Sport flooring systems (EN 14904, FIBA tested).
Retail spaces
High-traffic zones – class 34 LVT/SPC or homogeneous flooring; accent zones – Flotex. We can also supply interior doors, skirting boards and hardware – everything from one showroom.
