You may return only the entire order, not part of it.
Goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery or collection. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Returned goods must be undamaged and in their original factory packaging. Opened packaging cannot be returned.
Custom-made, special-order or cut-to-size products may be non-returnable unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Surplus quantity is not returnable. If you purchased more than needed, we recommend keeping the extra as a reserve.
Before sending or bringing products back, please contact Openini with your invoice number, product name and reason for return. We will review the case and confirm the next steps.
