Returns

Orders agreed remotely, by email, telephone or messaging, are distance contracts under EU law. A private customer in the EU may withdraw from such an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

The goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return transport is paid by the customer. Please contact us before sending anything back and state the invoice number, the product name and the reason for return.

This right does not apply to products made, cut or ordered to the customer's specification, and it does not apply to purchases made in person at our showroom.

Returns by companies are agreed individually and depend on the manufacturer's conditions.

Transport damage

Record any visible damage or shortage on the carrier's delivery document and send us photographs the same day. Carriers do not accept claims without this.
