These terms apply to the use of the Openini website and to enquiries and orders placed with Openini UAB.
Products and information
Product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours and prices are provided for information purposes. Actual appearance may vary depending on the batch, finish, screen settings and supplier documentation.
Quotations and orders
- Final prices, quantities, delivery times and payment terms are confirmed in an individual quotation or invoice.
- Some products are ordered specifically for a client or project and may require an advance payment.
- Lead times depend on supplier stock, production and transport conditions.
Prices, VAT and currency
All prices are in euros and include Lithuanian VAT unless stated otherwise. A company registered in another EU country may be invoiced without Lithuanian VAT if it holds a valid VAT number, the goods are delivered to another EU country, and the transport documents confirm that the goods have left Lithuania. Orders to Norway, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are invoiced without Lithuanian VAT; import VAT, customs duties and clearance charges are paid by the recipient in the destination country.
Delivery
Openini UAB dispatches goods from its warehouse in Vilnius, Lithuania, to all countries of the European Union and to Norway, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Unless the quotation states otherwise, goods are supplied DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms 2020) to the address given by the client, and risk passes to the client when the goods are placed at their disposal at that address.
Acceptance
The client checks the goods on receipt and informs Openini about visible transport damage or discrepancies as soon as possible.
Returns and claims
Returns and claims are reviewed according to product type, supplier conditions and applicable legal requirements. Please contact us before returning any goods.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes are heard by the competent courts of Lithuania. This does not affect the mandatory consumer rights that private customers have under the law of their country of residence.
