Quotations and orders
- Final prices, quantities, delivery times and payment terms are confirmed in an individual quotation or invoice.
- Some products are ordered specifically for a client or project and may require an advance payment.
- Lead times depend on supplier stock, production and transport conditions.
Delivery and acceptance
The client is responsible for checking the goods on receipt and informing Openini about visible transport damage or discrepancies as soon as possible.
Returns and claims
Returns and claims are reviewed according to product type, supplier conditions and applicable legal requirements. Please contact Openini before returning any goods.
