We dispatch orders from our warehouse in Vilnius to all countries of the European Union, and to Norway, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Orders travel by parcel, on pallets or by dedicated freight transport, depending on size and weight. The delivery cost is calculated individually for each address and confirmed before you place the order.
Products held in our Vilnius warehouse are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Products ordered from the manufacturer take longer, and the lead time is stated in the quotation.
To calculate delivery we need the product name, the quantity, and the delivery country and postcode.
VAT on deliveries within the EU
All prices on this site include Lithuanian VAT.
A company registered in another EU country may be invoiced without Lithuanian VAT if it holds a valid VAT number, the goods are delivered to another EU country, and the transport documents confirm that the goods have left Lithuania. We verify the VAT number in the VIES system.
Deliveries to Norway, the United Kingdom and Switzerland
The Openini invoice is issued without Lithuanian VAT. Import VAT, customs duties and clearance charges are paid by the recipient in the destination country. We prepare the commercial invoice, the packing list and the documents confirming the origin of the goods.
