Deliveries can be organized from Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When ordering, please confirm the delivery terms with the managers.
If the carrier is unable to hand over the shipment within 15 minutes of arrival due to circumstances beyond their control (for example, no one is available to receive it), the goods will be returned and redelivery will need to be paid for again.
For safe delivery, shipments are usually packed on a special cargo pallet. Due to time or physical constraints, the carrier can only unload the pallet from the vehicle; the recipient is then responsible for unpacking the goods from the pallet and moving them inside.
Storage of goods
Since construction or renovation work is often delayed, we can store your goods free of charge for up to 1 month upon request.
Extended storage for a further month is available for an additional fee of €20.
