Deliveries can be organized from Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When ordering from the managers, check the delivery terms.
If, upon the arrival of the carrier, due to circumstances beyond his control, he will not be able to deliver the package within 15 minutes (due to the fact that there will be no one to accept the package), in this case the goods will be returned and then you will have to pay again for the delivery of the goods.
For safe delivery of goods, shipments are usually packed on a special cargo pallet. Due to time or physical limitations, the carrier can only unload such a pallet from the vehicle, then the recipient of the goods must take care of unpacking the goods from the pallet and transporting them.
Knowing that there are often delays in the completion of all work during construction or home repair, upon request, you can store goods with us free of charge for up to 1 month.
Further storage is possible for 1 month for an additional fee of 20 EUR.
