Official BOEN parquet warranty
BOEN backs its parquet flooring with a warranty of up to 25 years. The manufacturer stands behind the quality of its floors for many years, provided the flooring is installed and maintained according to BOEN instructions.

What the warranty covers
- Structure – 25 years. Each board is glued under controlled pressure for a strong bond between layers.
- Moisture protection – 25 years. The cross-layered construction helps keep the floor stable under normal moisture conditions.
- Lacquer finish – 20 years. Applies to Live Satin, Live Matt and Live Pure finishes (min. 6 coats of lacquer). Covers defects affecting at least 10% of the installed area.
- Resurfacing – up to twice, following BOEN care instructions.
Warranty conditions
- Installation according to BOEN installation instructions.
- Care according to BOEN cleaning and maintenance instructions (BOEN care products recommended).
- Normal indoor climate: room temperature at least 15 °C, relative humidity 30–60% during and after installation.
- Valid for residential use; for commercial use, the warranty period is 5 years.
- Applies to products purchased after 1 May 2016 and only to the first purchaser; non-transferable.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover visible defects that should have been noticed before installation; improper installation or care; mechanical damage, scratches, indentations (e.g. from high heels); colour changes caused by sunlight (UV); or damage from excess moisture or heat (damp rooms, saunas, unheated spaces). The Live Natural oil finish is not covered by this warranty.
