LVT or SPC: what is the difference?
LVT and SPC are the two main vinyl flooring technologies. Both are waterproof and suitable for kitchens and bathrooms, but they differ in core construction – and that determines stability, feel and which rooms they suit.

When to choose LVT
LVT (for example, Moduleo collections) is flexible, quiet and warm, with an exceptionally wide choice of decors including herringbone and the geometric Moods patterns. Glue-down LVT is especially good where silence and a firm bond with the subfloor matter – as long as the subfloor is well levelled.
When to choose SPC
SPC (for example, Arbiton and Lalegno collections) has a rigid stone–polymer core, so it barely reacts to temperature swings – right for rooms with large windows and direct sun. The click system installs quickly without adhesive, and the rigid core is more forgiving of minor subfloor imperfections.
