Marmoleum Soul – the new Forbo natural linoleum collection
Openini introduces Marmoleum Soul, the new Forbo collection of natural linoleum with very little or no added pigment. The colour comes from the raw materials themselves: wood flour and linseed oil.

What makes Marmoleum Soul different?
The flooring is made from up to 99% natural raw materials – linseed oil, rosin, wood flour and jute – with 36% recycled content. The collection has its own Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), is Indoor Air Comfort Gold and M1 certified, and is 100% recyclable through Forbo's Back to the Floor programme.
5 colours
- 0001 Origin – unpigmented, the natural colour of the raw materials;
- 0008 Beach – a neutral sand tone;
- 0006 Bloom – a warm, soft blossom tint;
- 0003 Sky – light blue;
- 0004 Ground – grey, pairs well with concrete.

Technical data
Thickness 2.5 mm, roll width 2 m. Use class 34 (commercial, very heavy use), reaction to fire Cfl-s1, slip resistance R9. Suitable for underfloor heating. Topshield pro finish – no additional wax or polish is needed with regular care.
Good to know
Because so little pigment is used, shade can vary between production batches more than in other Marmoleum ranges, and the colour may change gradually with exposure to light, like natural wood. This applies most to the unpigmented Origin. We recommend ordering material for one area from the same production batch.
Where can it be used?
Schools, offices, healthcare and other public buildings where the project has environmental requirements (LEED, BREEAM, WELL), as well as homes.
Price and ordering
The price is provided on request. Minimum order 50 m², delivery in about 14 days. Tell us the colour and the area in square metres and we will prepare an offer.
