Vinyl Flooring Prices: Cost per m² and What Affects It
European-made vinyl flooring costs between €23 and €62 per m² including VAT in Lithuania. That is the catalogue price: when you calculate the quantity with the calculator on our website, a discount of up to 15% applies – the rate depends on the area and does not apply to every brand. Below, we explain what makes up the price, how much a finished floor really costs in a 20 m² room, and where you can save without compromising quality. All figures come from our catalogue as of October 2026. Our catalogue includes only products from EU factories in Belgium and Poland. We do not offer Chinese-made vinyl, so its prices are not covered here.
Price per m² by Flooring Type
The Openini catalogue lists 511 vinyl flooring items, all with prices. More than half of them (53%) cost €30–40/m²; the catalogue median is €39/m².

Glue-down LVT is on average €4/m² cheaper than click SPC, but it needs adhesive (about €3.30/m²), a perfectly level subfloor and more expensive installation, so the installed price often evens out. The cheapest items in the catalogue are Arbiton glue-down LVT (Woodric Dryback, Amaron Wood Dryback) at €23/m².
What Affects the Price?
Thickness and wear layer. 2 mm and 5 mm planks from the same collection are priced differently, but the key figure is the wear layer: 0.3 mm for residential use, 0.55 mm for commercial. Read more about classes in “Vinyl flooring: Class 32, 33 or 34”.
Construction. A rigid SPC core costs more to make, but it saves on adhesive, subfloor levelling and labour. Flexible LVT is cheaper itself, but it needs adhesive and a perfectly level subfloor.
Format. Herringbone and chevron flooring costs €5–10/m² more than the same collection laid in straight rows: the planks are shorter and cutting leaves more offcuts. The catalogue has 52 herringbone items at €49–55/m².
Country of manufacture. Everything in the catalogue is made in the EU: Moduleo and Lalegno in Belgium, Arbiton in Poland. Belgian flooring with similar specifications costs more than Polish – the designs, embossing depth and warranty differ. Chinese-made vinyl is much cheaper, but in terms of dimensional stability, composition and warranty it is a different product; we do not import it.
Delivery. Vinyl flooring is ordered from the manufacturer; the delivery time is confirmed on request and does not affect the price.

The flooring price is only part of the total cost. Calculate it like this:

- Volume discounts. Lalegno discounts: 7% from 30 m², 10% from 50 m², 15% from 70 m². They are calculated automatically in the cart.

- Budget glue-down LVT. Arbiton Dryback from €23/m² is the cheapest route if the subfloor is level.
- Straight rows instead of herringbone. The flooring costs €5–10/m² less and leaves 5–8% fewer offcuts.

Does “Vinilinė Grindų Danga” Mean the Same Thing?
Yes. “Vinyl flooring”, “vinyl floor covering”, “LVT” and “SPC” are different names for the same flooring group. Only the construction (flexible LVT or rigid SPC) and the installation method differ.
