How much does parquet cost in Vilnius?

The cost of a wood floor depends on three things: the flooring itself, auxiliary materials (adhesive or underlay, skirting boards) and installation work. Below are real prices from the Openini catalogue and sample estimates so you know what to expect.

Flooring prices in the Openini catalogue (VAT included)

Flooring typePrice €/m²
English herringbone (ME Floor, BOEN)from ~45
Engineered wood flooring (full catalogue)~47–206
BOEN boards~54–197

The ranges reflect the catalogue as of July 2026; the exact price of each collection is shown on the product page. In-stock items are often discounted – see the promotions section.

What a full estimate includes

On top of the flooring price, add: a cutting allowance (we recommend +5–10 % of the area, up to +10 % for herringbone), adhesive or underlay depending on the installation method, skirting boards and their fitting, subfloor preparation if levelling is needed, and installation work. Installation cost depends on the subfloor condition and the pattern – we state it in an individual calculation.

Frequently asked questions

What is the starting price for quality wood flooring in Vilnius?

In the Openini catalogue, English herringbone boards start at ~45 €/m² and classic single-strip boards at ~47 €/m², VAT included.

How much extra does herringbone installation cost?

The herringbone pattern needs more cutting (an allowance of up to +10 % is recommended) and more careful work, so installation costs more than a straight pattern. We give the exact figure in an individual calculation.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices in the Openini catalogue include VAT.

How much material allowance should I order?

For a straight pattern we recommend +5–7 %; for herringbone or chevron, up to +10 % of the area.

Can you calculate several options for comparison?

Yes, we often prepare 2–3 options: economy, optimal and premium. Send us the area and your preferences to compare prices and looks.
